Damaged or wrong items
If anything arrives damaged, leaking or wrong, email us at sales@adelashotsauce.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll make it right at no cost to you: your choice of a replacement or a full refund.
Returns
We accept returns of unopened bottles within 30 days of delivery. Email sales@adelashotsauce.com with your order number to start a return. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the return is because of our mistake. Once we receive the bottles, we refund the price of the returned items.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
